
Ingredients
- ½ cup vegan butter
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup white sugar
- 2 tablespoons non-dairy milk
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup flour
- ¾ cup oats
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch salt
- Raisins
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 and spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- In a stand mixer with the paddle attachment, or bowl using a hand mixer, cream the vegan butter.
- Add the white, and brown sugar into the butter and cream together.
- Cream in the non-dairy milk and vanilla until combined.
- Add in the flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Mix until it forms a dough, then fold in the raisins.
- Roll into 1 inch balls for big cookies and 1/2 inch ball for small cookies.
- Place cookies onto baking sheet and bake in oven for 10-14 minutes
